A: You should not have installed Flash 8 or you do not have a fast speed Internet connection or there is much traffic

A: Yes, but you must sign a Non Disclosure Agreement not to resell the copies. An extra cost for the DVDs and shipping will be required according to your location

A: You need to download Flash Player

A: You need to download Win Zip to unzip them (extract from a compressed file) and Acrobat Reader to read them
